What is personal development?
Personal development is the ongoing journey towards achieving a deeper understanding of ourselves and our lives. All humans are born with biological predispositions into a specific time and context, and we grow up in interaction with other people and the general environment around us. We are shaped as individuals in this interaction, and it contributes to how we understand ourselves, others, and the world as adults.
